Credit Manager – Less than two years of experience.
The Credit Manager position requires an undergraduate degree, or at least 2 years of experience in the financial field. This individual will work with clients by providing credit solutions, advice and is expected to maintain knowledge of products and programs pertaining to Bank of England Mortgage guidelines and requirements as well as understand the application of guidelines. The person who applies for this position must be competitive, have the ability to multi-task at a high level, time management and computer skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication.

Mortgage Banker – Two plus years of experience.
The Mortgage Banking position is for someone who has been in the business for at least two years, looking to enhance their skill set and become proficient in the ever changing mortgage market. This individual will work with clients by providing loan solutions and advice, convert leads into funded loans, be expected to maintain knowledge of products and programs pertaining to Bank of England Mortgage guidelines and requirements as well as understand the application of guidelines.  The person who applies for this position must be competitive, have the ability to multi-task at a high level, have time management and computer skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication.

Office Manager
The Office Manager is responsible for answering and transferring phone calls, greeting clients, keeping office supplies stocked, maintaining common areas, ordering appraisals, verifying employment, assisting with computer system updates, as well as other projects and tasks as they arise.  This position requires proficient knowledge of computers, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Internet Explorer Experience with Encompass is preferable.  The person who applies for this position must be motivated, have the ability to multi-task at a high level, have time management and computer skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication.

Production Manager
The Production Manager position is for a person who has or is currently managing and responsible for all required duties of a Mortgage Banker, Loan Officer or Credit Manager. This individual has at least 2 years (2009 & 2010) of direct experience managing a team of at least 4 production employees in the mortgage industry and demonstrated an ability to produce at a high level. The person who applies for this position must show proof of their team and individual production over the last 2 years. This positions requires proficiency in Calyx-Point, Microsoft Office products, ability to structure loans via FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA and Jumbo products, daily coaching on sales techniques, monitor and track capture rates vs. Applications generated and lock pull through ratios. The ideal candidate has a firm understanding of the mortgage industry from A-Z.
